The Strategy Group

The Strategy Group is responsible for the formulation and development of the strategy and its action plan. The group works with the SELHP Co-ordinator to maintain an overview of the work of the other topic related sub groups and 'shadows' the Directors' Group.

The membership of the group is:

An Equalities Impact Assessment of the SELHP strategy has been carried out and an action plan has been produced. Both can be accessed at the bottom right of this page. A pdf version of the final strategy will be published following Members' ratification.


 Housing aspects of the recession in SE London

A summary has been produced of the impacts of the recession relating to housing in the sub-region. It explores areas where joint working through the South East London Housing Partnership is already underway, or is planned to help to ease the effects. Click here to access the report.

ORS have also completed an analysis of the incomes of overcrowded social housing tenants and of occupants of 3 bedroomed and larger homes.
