SE London boroughs are able to use private rented housing in a number of ways - and welcome contact from landlords. Each borough has a number of schemes or initiatives, an updated summary will  be available in October 2010.

We held our fourth annual South East London Landlords Day on 23rd June 2009, together with the National Landlords Association and the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme. Over 150 landlords attended to hear expert speakers and find out about opportunities and incentives to work with local authorities and housing associations.  There were presentations on Financing your property, Greening your Portfolio, tackling mould growth and condensation, the Gas Safe Register and the Local Housing Allowance.  There is also a feedback form for you to tell us what you thought of the event.
