This is the South East London Housing Partnership (SELHP) website.

The Partnership is made up of the boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham and Southwark and includes the Housing Corporation, London Councils (formerly known as the Association of London Government) and our housing association partners.

The scope and nature of SELHP's work can be seen in the SE London Housing Strategy and its summary (see in Publications) and through the sub groups that are responsible for delivering the strategy and its action plan (see in Partnership Groups).

SELHP itself does not provide access to housing but supports member boroughs to provide affordable housing in their respective areas. Please contact your local borough for information about finding a home.

SELHP is one of 5 housing 'sub regions' that cover London - the others being South West, East, North and West. Each sub region has its own housing strategy and is the basis for the delivery of new affordable housing through Housing Corporation investment and for investment in private sector housing through the London Housing Board.

By working on a sub regional basis SELHP can offer

• working more effectively either by working jointly or by sharing and pooling information and good practice.
  
• increased mobility and choice to our customers.
  
• A co-ordinated link to the London Housing Strategy and the Housing Forum for London.

A SE London Housing Partnership Co-ordinator has been in post since April 2004.
