Currently, the partnership is working with Shepway Borough Council and Town & Country Housing Association to devise re-housing opportunities in the Folkestone area for under occupying tenants of social housing from SE London.

In 2010 properties will be purchased by Town & Country HA for use by under occupying tenants. The funds for these purchases are being provided by the Homes and Communities Agency (London).

The SE London RSL Under Occupation service, Perfect Fit, is available to any under occupying household who moves through the Out of London scheme. This includes support and assistance with moving.
